Sign up for volunteer opportunities with H(u)ny Mother, a community leadership development collaborative run by HISP alum Jaelyn Singleton (2016)that brings self sustaining programming to the Sacramento area. They currently need help providing plot support at Mirasol Community Garden (601 Pipevine St, Sacramento, CA 95811). The work would include pulling weeds, harvesting produce, and planting starters.
